3D Systems kündigt CeraJet Ceramic Printer und den Farbdrucker CubeJet an

3D Systems überstrahlt derzeit die CES 2014 mit einer Vielzahl von Ankündigungen und neuen Produkten. Ein neuer Keramikdrucker sowie ein kostengünstiger full-color 3D-Drucker sollen die Vormachtstellung des Unternehmens weiter ausbauen.

Ein neuer Keramik 3D-Drucker aus dem Haus 3D Systems soll künftig das Produktportfolio von 3D Systems erweitern. Der 3D-Drucker erstellt farbige keramische Objekte mithilfe des Color-Jet-Printing (CJP) Verfahrens und soll im zweiten Halbjahr 2014 unter $10000 erhältlich sein.

Weiters kündigte das Unternehmen mit CubeJet einen relativ kostengünstigen full-color 3D-Drucker für den Einstiegsbereich an. Der Desktop 3D Printer verbindet das ColorJet Printing Verfahren mit der Consumer Cube Technologie und soll ebenfalls im zweiten Halbjahr 2014 für etwa $5000 erhältlich sein.

3D Systems kündigte im Zuge der CES mit dem Cube 3, dem Cube Pro neue Consumer 3D-Drucker an, stieg mit der ChefJet Serie in den Lebensmittelbereich ein, erweiterte mit CeraJet seinen Keramikbereich, erweiterte sein Portfolio mit iSense um einen neuen 3D Scanner, mit 3D Photobooth um eine neue 3D Fotokabine und mit Haptic 3D Mouse sein Consumer Angebot um eine 3D-Maus. Zusätzlich kündigte das Unternehmen mit CubeJet einen Full Color 3D Drucker um unter $5000 an und schloss eine Partnerschaft mit Intel und Samsung ab.
