ExOne veräußert weitere Anteile (Update)

22.08.2013 – Der 3D-Technologie Hersteller ExOne (XONE), beantragt die Möglichkeit weitere 2,656,000 Unternehmens Anteile auf den Markt zu bringen.

1,106,000 Anteile sollen dabei aus dem Stammkapital von ExOne, weitere 1,550,000 Anteile von “certain selling stockholders” stammen.

NORTH HUNTINGDON, Pa., Aug. 21, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — The ExOne Company (Nasdaq:XONE) (“ExOne” or the “Company”), a global provider of three-dimensional (“3D”) printing machines and printed products to industrial customers, announced today that it filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed offering of 2,656,000 shares of its common stock, of which 1,106,000 shares of common stock will be sold by ExOne and 1,550,000 shares of common stock will be sold by certain selling stockholders. Update: 03.09.2013 – ExOne startet “offering of Common Stocks”

Wie bereits in August angekündigt startete ExOne (XONE) nun mit dem “offering” weiterer Anteile seines Common Stocks in den Anteilen wie vorgesehen.

Update: 12.09.2013 – ExOne nennt Preis für Public Offering of Common Stock

Die angekündigten 2.656.000 Anteile, werden um $62.00 pro Aktie angeboten. Damit soll ein Kapital von $64,8 Millionen generiert werden.
