Robo geht in Australien an die Börse

Der amerikanische Hersteller von 3D Druckern, Robo, ist nun an der Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) gelistet.

Mit seinem IPO (Initial Public Offering) konnte das Unternehmen mehr als sechs Millionen Australische Dollar, ein bisschen mehr als vier Millionen Euro, von Anlegern beziehen.

Braydon Moreno, Mitbegründer von Robo:

“Today’s announcement marks a huge step forward in how we continue to pursue our vision as influencers — ensuring we remain steadfast to our principles as a young and hungry team with an original mission, which has always been to give people a tactile means of expressing their full creative potential through simple, easy-to-use and next-gen 3D printing technologies.”

Trotz des Börsengangs in Australien wird das Unternehmen weiterhin aus San Diego, Kalifornien, geleitet. Der geplante Börsengang ging parallel zu den ersten Auslieferungen nach der erfolgreichen Kickstarter Kampagne für die neuen 3D Drucker von Robo.
