123D Sculpt+: Neue Autodesk App zur Gestaltung von 3D-Modelle

Der US-amerikanische Software-Hersteller Autodesk hat mit seiner 123D-App-Reihe schon viele Programme für Apples mobiles Betriebssystem iOS und Googles Android sowie PC und Mac veröffentlicht. Nun folgt mit 123D Sculpt+ eine kostenlose für das iPad und Android-Tablets.

123D Sculpt+ ist genau genommen eine Weiterentwicklung und Update der bisher verfügbaren App 123D Creature. Durch die vielen Erneuerungen hat sich Autodesk mit “123D Sculpt+” für einen neuen Namen entschieden.

Laut den Machern ist die Software einfach zu nutzen um 3D-Modelle von Skulpturen zu gestalten. Man zeichnet mit der App im ersten Schritt die Grundstruktur, danach werden Strukturen und Formen spezifiziert. Im dritten Schritt kann man die Skulpturen auch noch bemalen.

Mit einem In-App ist es möglich die Skulpturen als .OBJ-Datei zu exportieren bzw. auch ein 3D gedrucktes Modell zu bestellen. Die App ist kostenlos im Apple App Store und im Google Play Store erhältlich.
