Sockel für Vakuumröhre aus dem 3D-Drucker

Ein Niederländer druckte erfolgreich Sockel für verschiedene Vakuumrohre.

Auf einem RepRap 3D-Drucker eines Hackerspaces, erzeugte er erfolgreich Sockel für UX 5, VT76, UX6, B7G und B9D Tubes.

In this video i’ll show you how i’ve made an UX5 vacuum tube socket using the 3D printer at Tkkrlab, local hackerspace.
I’ve made this socket for Duality a fellow member of the hackerspace, so he could use his VT76 tube, i’ve also made sockets for the UX6,B7G/miniature and B9D/magnoval tube bases for use in my own amplifiers, for the miniature bases the process is a bit different, no cover plate is made and old connectors removed from an ATX power supply connector are used.
