3D Systems schließt Partnerschaft mit UNYQ zum 3D-Druck von Prothesen

UNYQ, Hersteller von 3D-gedruckten Covers für Beinprothesen, und 3D Systems haben ihre Zusammenarbeit angekündigt.

3D Systems hat im Mai 2012 Bespoke Innovations, ein Unternehmen das sich ebenfalls mit Prothesenabdeckungen beschäftigt, gekauft und in seine Healthcare Innovations Sparte eingegliedert. Die Partnerschaft mit UNYQ soll nun die Vermarktung von Bespokes Designs sowie die der von 3D Systems neu entwickelten Produkte vorantreiben. Dabei handelt es sich nicht nur um Prothesen sondern auch Orthesen.
