Der Hersteller Ackuretta Technologies aus Taiwan bringt mit dem Ackuray A135 einen neuen 3D-Drucker mit DLP-Technologie auf den Markt. Dazu sind acht verschiedene Materialien erhältlich, die für Prototyping und Fertigung sowie Anwendungen in den Bereichen, Schmuck, Medizin und Dental geeignet sind.
Der Ackuray A135 verfügt über einen Bauraum von 135 x 76 x 200 mm und druckt mit einer Auflösung von 70 Mikrometer auf den X- und Y-Achsen. Laut Hersteller ist durch die Closed-Loop Brushless Servo-Steuerung eine Auflösung von bis zu 1 Mikrometer auf der Z-Achse möglich. Der Aufbau mit nur wenigen beweglichen Teilen sollen das Gerät verlässlicher und bedienungsfreundlicher machen.
Der DLP-Drucker arbeitet mit der Visualizer Software von Materialise, die für eine Reihe von verschiedenen Anwendungen geeignet ist.
Unter den acht verschiedenen Resins gibt es vier biokompatible Materialien sowie Materialien für das Gießen und zum Modellieren:
- QuraDENT – QuraDENT is a photopolymer resin with opaque optical properties, a matte finish, and is ideal for printing dental models that are used extensively in dental laboratories.QuraDENT reproduces fine details in molds and is recommended for dental applications that necessitate high accuracy, a fine surface finish, and a high dimensional stability.
- QuraGP – Designed to stimulate standard ABS plastics by combining good temperature resistance with high toughness, QuraGP offers durability, very low shrinkage, chemical and impact resistance. QuraGP is excellent for printing accurate and functional prototypes.
- QuraCLEAR – Clear photopolymer resin with the ability to print parts with near optical transparency. It is ideally suited for surgical guides, flow models, and for prototypes that require a transparent aesthetic and a need for internal visualization.
- QuraWAX – QuraWax offers a smooth surface finish with high wax content for easy casting performance, making it highly suitable for jewelry and dental casting applications.
- DETAX Freeprint® Mould – A clear light curing resin ideal for generative manufacturing of hard earmolds and hearing protection. Biocompatible and Bisphenol A free.
- DETAX Freeprint® Shell – A black, light curing standard resin for generative manufacturing of hard ITE shells. Biocompatible & Bisphenol A free.
- DETAX Freeprint® Cast 2.0 – A green-transparent, light curing standard resin for generative manufacturing of molds for the production of silicone earmolds. Biocompatible & Bisphenol A free.
- DETAX Freeprint® Splint – A clear-transparent, light curing standard resin for generative manufacturing of biocompatible drilling templates for occlusal splints. Biocompatible & Bisphenol A free.
Der Preis für den Ackuray A135 beträgt $ 18.900 während die Materialien zwischen $ 140 und $450 pro Liter kosten.
