Der Entwickler Elvira Yang aus Hong Kong entwickelte mit “Bulldog” einen Metall Extruder für Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) 3D-Drucker.
Der Open Source (CC-BY-NC) “universal full metal direct drive extruder” soll mit den meisten gängigen Eigenbau 3D-Drucker kompatibel sein und steht in den zwei Versionen “Bulldog Lite” für 1,75mm Filament und “Bulldog XL” für 1,75 mm und 3mm Filament zur Verfügung.

Der “Bulldog Lite” ab $114 (ohne Hotend) bzw. für $149 mit Hotend bestellt werden. Die XL Version kommt auf $164 bzw. $213 (mit zwei Hotends). Die Extruder sollen noch im Dezember 2013 geliefert werden.
